Hazel Cartee
Hazel is the owner of Carolina Superstars Baton & Dance. She is a graduate of Anderson University where she earned her degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She has taught baton and dance in the area for over 45 years and has devoted her life to working with children. Hazel coached the Clemson University Tiger Twirlers for over 30 years along with coordinating the Clemson University Tiger Dancers. Hazel has had numerous teams and solo twirlers win National titles over the years. She judges dance and baton competitions across the nation. She has helped many young girls reach their goals in the areas of baton and dance. She has immense experience in recreational and competitive class environments. Her love for children and desire to see them develop a positive self-image makes her an incredible teacher.
